Francks Kylindustri and Therma Industri continue the expansion in Norway through the acquisition of Storm Kulde. Storm Kulde, headquartered in Ulefoss, Telemark, southwest of Oslo, is engaged in installation and service of cooling systems in the nearby area. The current owners will remain operational in the company.
“We are happy to welcome Storm Kulde to Therma Industri and Francks Kylindustri. Storm Kulde will add valuable competence, experience and capacity, strengthening the coverage southwest of Oslo. We look forward to work together and expand our presence in the region.” says Per Christian Sandved, CEO of Therma Industri.
“We are excited to become part of Therma Industri and Francks Kylindustri. The knowledge and experience they represent give us great potential to offer our customers additional expertise and to take on projects on more complex facilities. This creates increased customer value and more opportunities for sustainable solutions in the future.“ says Emma Grorud Nicolaisen, CEO of Storm Kulde.
