SELATEK expands in southern Sweden by acquiring Elgruppen i Sölvesborg, a comprehensive provider of electrical and security installations with a strong presence in the Sölvesborg area. Elgruppen has already established collaborations with several SELATEK companies in the region, which are expected to be further strengthened as they now become part of the Group.
Elgruppen was founded in 2000, has revenues of around SEK 35m and employs ca 20 people. The current owners will continue in their operational roles and remain as shareholders within the Group.
