Our role is to create long-term return to our investors. In addition to the strictly economic and financial aspects, environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) issues are crucial, in our evaluation phase of new investments as well as in our value creation in the portfolio companies.
As a part of this work Amplio has implemented a digital process for collection, analysis and reporting of sustainability data from all portfolio companies.
Through this process Amplio follows the portfolio companies sustainability work from defined KPI:s within social, financial and environmental sustainability ensuring an active approach to both risks and opportunities on Board level as well as on Management level.
Amplio is committed to ensure a responsible investment process, and continuously seeks to align our responsible investment approach with international conventions and regulations. Amplio adheres to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment.

Amplio promotes environmental and social characteristics throughout the investment process. As active owners we have the responsibility to manage the sustainability impact that we and our portfolio companies have, which are expected to adhere to the same principles and continuously improve their sustainability performance.
Amplio considers the principle adverse impacts (PAIs) of investment decisions on sustainability factors throughout the investment process. PAIs are managed the same way as other material impacts on the potential investment.
